Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Burdocks are thinly peeled, washed with water, dipped into an acidic solution containing an organic acid such as malic acid or citric acid, when necessary, vitamin C, aluminum sulfate, phytic acid and glue, then vacuum packed into a bag of plastics such as vinylidene chloride film.
