Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An arm pin 18 fixed to a motor 11 and a projection pin 15 fixed to a rod 7 for wind-direction varying plates 5 are fitted in respective slits 16 formed in a crank 13, and a freely inclined fixture plate 19 is fixed to a pivotal point 14 of crank 13 and motor 11. When the plate 19 is held in its vertical position, inclination angle of plates 5 is α in both of right and left directions. However, in case that the plate 19 is turned an angle θ to the left, the inclination angle of plates 5 is α+θ to the left and α-θ to the right. Thus, the inclination angle of wind-direction varying plates 5 can be changed freely, so that wind-direction changing effect can be exerted satisfactorily.
