Next, switch 24 is closed to output the signal voltage, which is superposed to the DC voltage, from operational amplifier 20. In this case, the sampling value is transmitted as it is, and only the DC level is shifted by 2VB (the voltage of circuit 26), so that degradation of the low-frequency characteristic accompanied with level shift can be improved.
