Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase greatly the life time through the stability by reproduction of the electrolytic cell having an increased electrolytic voltage, by giving a reduction of pressure to the feeding area where the positive and negative poles are connected electrically in the electrochemical producing device of the hydrogen. CONSTITUTION:In case the electrolytic voltage is increased for such electrolytic cell as the water or the alkali chrolide electrolytic cell which produces the hydrogen, the feeding area of the cell is heated up to about >=50 deg.C, under reduced pressure of about 50-300mm. in order to carry out the reproduction. In this case, the whole of the electrolytic cell can be thrown into a vaccum heating furnace for treatment, but the feeding area is preferably taken out of the electrolytic cell to reproduce. The attached electrode can be removed although the conduction area cannot be removed from the electrolytic cell. And more preferably, in case the portable device which gives a reduction of pressure to the feeding area can be mounted, the reproduction ..s possible at the installed site of the electrolytic cell.
