CONSTITUTION:In a double-layer polyphase armature with the number of slots per each pole and each phase less than one, a plurality of coils of the same phase in adjacent poles, for example, a, b and c are formed by a continuous winding. The continuous coil group thus fomred is packed into the slots at an interval of two apart. This can reduce the man-hour of crossover track connection at the coil end and speed up the coil packing work while there is no interphase imbalance of the circuit constant.
