Abstract

PURPOSE: To retain shape of a sun visor with improved strength and durability by bonding integrally resilient cores, a frame and further armored covers.
CONSTITUTION: A resilient core 2 consisting of two front and rear halves of resilient cores 2a, 2b is adhered along the peripheral edge thereof integrally to an annular frame 3 of metal wire or the like and covered integrally with an armored cover 5 consisting of two front and rear sheet members 5a, 5b. Thus, all of these are bonded integrally with each other so that positional deflection between the component members and deformation of same can be prevented to retain their shapes and improve their strength and durability.
