Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the weight of a shelving lift of a solid werehouse by providing the lift with a trolley duct disposed along a passage of the shelving lift so as to facilitate supply of power of a large capacity.
CONSTITUTION: A passage 1 along which a shelving lift 3 for effecting stocking and delivering of articles is provided between multilayered rack rows 2 provided in a solid warehouse. Rails 10 on which the lift 3 travels are provided adjacent lower ends of support posts 9 of the racks. A trolley duct 5 is attached adjacent upper ends of the support posts 9 by means of support arms 11. A current collector 7 through which electric current is collected for the shelving lift is mounted on a bracket 23 attached to the upper end of a lngitudinal frame 22 of the lift 3. Thus, the construction of the lift can be simplified as compared with a conventional lift which has a cable drum carried thereon, presenting an advantage that the weight of the lift can be reduced thereby.
