Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the jamming in the discharging device by stretching a discharge band across entire region of exhaust section in paper discharging for facsimile.
CONSTITUTION: A belt drive roller 34 will rotate to discharge a record paper 11 through a discharge belt 31 along a U-shaped guide 21. A discharge band 41 is uniformly stretched over said belt 31 then a record paper 11 is held between said belt 31 and band 41 and brought to the exit of a discharge device 20 through the driving of the belt 31. Friction force is produced between the recording paper 11 and the belt 31 by the pressure while the motion of the belt 31 is transmitted to the recording paper 11 to prevent the jamming in the discharge device.
