Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform microscopic observation of the deep hole inwall, by accomodating the transfer head part, the bore-scope, etc. so that they can move freely, in the main body which can be slid and inserted into the deep hole freely.
CONSTITUTION: Depth of a defective part, angle, position, etc. of a deep hole are decided microscopically by the bore-scope 16. Based upon the above information, the main body 1 is slid and inserted into the deep hole, also the transfer head part 2 accomodated in the main body 1 is made to go ahead from the main body 1 through the movind device 10, and the main body 1 is fixed to the deep hole with wedges 7, 9 while observing the defective part by use of the borescope 16 which is behind the transfer head body 20. Subsequently, after cleaning the transferred surface with injection air and alcohol by drawing up the head body 20 and making it confront the defective part, a transfer film 30 at the tip of the head body 20 is made to fit with the defective wall surface by the cushion 29 by jetting scetone. A deep hole inwall can be observed microscopically by transferring this defective wall surface to the film.
