Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform sealing process with a high speed similar to that for the conventional laminated containers by applying a method in which an object to be sealed is pressed and heated througt a stick-preventing belt of a fluorine-containing resin, etc. to a bag-making and sealing process.
CONSTITUTION: The continuous sealing mechanism 2 is provided before the filling mechanism 1, and also the single sealing mechanism 3 is provided after the mechanism 1. In the sealing mechanism 2, the long object 10 to be sealed, e.g., polyethylene inflation tube, is pressed and heated between the seal bar 14 and the pressure receiver 12 through the stick-preventing belt 13. In the sealing mechanism 3, the single object 20 to be sealed, filled with a material, is pressed and heated between the seal bar 26 and the pressure receiver 28 for sealing process and sealing-up operation. The sealed portions are stabilized in each of the cooling sections 15 and 25 by means of the coolers 16 and 29, so that each feeder is stopped intermittently only during the sealing operation.
