Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the recovery and reuse of effective component in washing water easy, by using regenerated water as the washing water after filtering the washing water controlled pH and passing through ion exchange resin and then, using the resin washed solution as plating solution by supplying copper component.
CONSTITUTION: Washing water of plated article is filtered controlling ≥3.0 pH. Filtrate is passed through cation and anion exchange resin and then, recovered water is used for the washing water. Copper and complex making agent adsorbed by anion exchange resin, is extracted by an equivalent or more of alkaline solution reacting with the copper and said agent. Extracted solution is introduced into the anode chamber electrolytic cell. Alkali solution is introduced into the cathode chamber and electric current is flowed on stirring the solution. Copper of the anode is dissolved in the extracted solution and said solution is reused as supply solution of chemical copper plating.
