Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent deformation owing to welding heat, decrease the manhours and improve manufacturing efficiency by fitting annular reinforcing ribs into a cylindrical thin-walled vessel, and welding the pins buried in the ribs to the vessel from the vessel side.
CONSTITUTION: Annular thick-walled reinforcing ribs 2 are fitted into a cylindrical thin-walled vessel 1 which receives pressure from the outside, along the axial direction of the vessel 1 at predetermined intervals. Next, plural connecting pins 3 are buried at equal intervals from the vessel 1 side toward the ribs 2 and the holes pierced in the vessel 1 are buried by the filling parts 5 by welding, whereby the pins 3 are melt-stuck and fixed to the vessel 1. For the vessel to be loaded with internal pressure, the reinforcing ribs 2 are fitted and fixed to the outer side of the vessel 1.
