Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable exact indication of the shape of the arm and of the draft by a method wherein an angle transmitter is fitted to a drag arm, etc. and thereby an angle to a base is detected, while a draft transmitter is provided on the dredger.
CONSTITUTION: The angle transmitters 13a and 13b are fixed on the side of a trunnion 2 of a half-bent type drag arm 3 supported by the trunnion 2 of the dredger 1 and on the side toward the tip from the half-bent place of the arm 3. The angle transmitter 13a is connected with an angle receiver 14 and through an amplifier 15 joined to a power selsyn motor 16 and further to the indicator 18 of an indicating part 17 inside a shape-indicator 5, thus indicating the shape on the side of the trunnion 2. The angle transmitter 13b is joined to an angle receiver 19 of the indicating part 17 and drives an indicator 20. Moreover, the draft transmitter 21 fitted to a bottom part of the dredger 1 is joined to a selsyn motor 23 through a signal transducer 22 and moves a model 25 of the draft by driving a wormgear 24.
