Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure an assured and continuous monitor, by attaching the piezoelectric acceleration type vibration detector at the vibrating part of an apparatus plus the alarm device which gives an alarm when the output of the vibration detector reaches a level to show the abnormal vibration acceleration.
CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric acceleration type vibration detector 8 is provided to the bearing 6 of the drive-side rotary device 2 and the drived-side rotor 3, and the output of the detector 8 is supplied to the amplifier 10. With the output of the amplifier 10, an alarm is given from the alarm device 19 in accordance with the state of the state of the abnormal vibration and via the range selectors 13 which is switched in accordance with the initiation, the operation and others of the rotary device 2, BPF15, wave detector 16, alarm setter 17 and alarm relay 18 each. On the other hand, a part of the output is connected to the voice generator 29, acceleration indicator 20 and the recorder 21 each. The output of the amplifier 10 is connected to the amplitude alarm device 26, amplitude indicator 27 and recorder 28 each via the twice-integrating unit 14, BPF22, wave detector 23, vibration amplitude setter 24 and alarm relay 25 each. As a result, an assured and continuous monitor is secured.
