Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a large output by a small size structure by laminating a ring- shaped members of a predetermined thickness to form a york. CONSTITUTION:After a hole 17 is formed by punching a belt shaped member 16 made of a silicon steel plate of a predetermined thickness, a hole 18 having a diameter larger than that of the hole 17 is punched concentrically to obtain a ring-shaped york member 12a. Then, the periphery of the hole 18 of the member 16 is punched in a slot shape as shown by dot line to obtain a core member 13a. Finally, the periphery of the slot shaped hole is punched in a ring-shaped in a predetermined width to obtain a ring-shaped york member 14a. These members thus obtained are laminated to form a rotor york 12 and a stator york 14. As a result, it is possible to obtain a video disc motor having a large output by a small-sized construction.
