Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform the operation of electric power generation only with natural energy, by driving both of a hydraulic turbine with the use of potential energy of operating fluid allowed to rise with solar heat or terrestrial heat and a steam turbine with the use of gasified steam.
CONSTITUTION: By a solar heat collector 8, operaring fluid 7 in a tank 1 is heated and liquefied in the first condenser 2 by a wind 23. By utilizing potential energy of the operating fluid a hydraulic turbine 3 is rotated to generate an electric power. The operating fluid 7 is introduced to an evaporator 10, heated by solar heat 22 and converted into vapor. Said vapor is introduced to an operating fluid steam turbine 11 to perform the operation of electric power generation. In this way, oil energy is not required at all for generating the power to meet the counterplan of reducing energy.
