Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An engine 1 is equipped with a governor lever 3 and a clutch lever 4 which are connected by wires 14, 15, 19, and 20 to electric actuators 5, 6 each consisting of a motor 7, a decelerator 8, and an electromagnetic clutch 9. The engine is electrically controlled by an operating apparatus 12 and a controller 13. For controlling the engine, there may be alternative usage of said system and a mechanical controller 16 which is provided on the way of the wires and has handles 17, 18.
