Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain tape reel parts that have high precision and are superior in friction characteristics, etc., at a rotary shaft, by molding a tape reel out of polyacetal resin, containing specific inorganic matter to a high concentration, as a base material.
CONSTITUTION: Side plate 1, requiring flatness, has teeth 7 made at the entire circumference. Projection 3 serves as a rotary shaft and internal cylinder 4 has teeth in its internal surface and is used as a power transmission part by being set covering the rotary shaft of a deck. External cylinder 5 is a tape-winding core and reel parts such as rib 6 are used. Those parts are molded in a body out of a base material, such as polyacetal containing one or more kinds of mineral particles selected among 20W50wt% talc, calcium carbonate, sericite, and pyrophyllite, by injection molding. The size and shape are properly designed, where U is 1mm, V 3mm, W 1.5cm, X 2.2cm, and Y 9cm.
