Abstract
PURPOSE: To dilute a chemical liquid with simple equipment and procedures in a good working atmosphere, by injecting a diluting medium through a diluting tube attached to a chemical liquid can to make the inside thereof an enclosed state, and feeding the diluted chemical liquid thus formed into a storage tank under the pressure thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A diluting tube 1 is attached to a chemical liquid can 5 to make the inside thereof an enclosed state, and a diluting medium, e.g. water, is released from a supply source 40, e.g. a water pipe, through an inner tube 3 by operation of a valve 4. The water released to a stock 51 provides a diluted liquid 52, and the internal pressure of the chemical liquid can 5 is increased by the successively released water to extrude the diluted liquid 52 through a pipe 20 to a storage tank 6. The amount of the diluting medium to be supplied is controlled by a level gauge 61 to give a diluted liquid 52 of given dilution ratio.
