Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the shield effect of magnetic bubble memory device with a simple constitution, by forming the shield case through overlapping and winding insulated magnetic substance thin plates.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic substance thin plate 212 with high permeability and a thin plate 213 of insulator are made into two layers and many of the two layers are wound and overalapped, to form a shield sufficient in the shield effect. The shield effect can more be increased for the shield case of a magnetic bubble memory device, by covering the external part of it with a resin 215 of high thermal conduction.
