Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The connecting section 2, which supports leads 1 as a continuous body, is provided with the slit 3, and this slit 3 is provided in its inside with the elastic joint 4. As shrinking distortion at the time of sealing with resin is absorbed by the joint 4, the frame as a whole can be prevented from being warked. Further, by the joint 4, strength of the frame can be prevented from deterioration and the lead frame from getting into the slit.
