Abstract

PURPOSE: To dispose crops at such a high speed as synchronizes with a line speed by a simple construction for a very short period of time by providing a frame and a lower blade base with a fluid injection nozzle which is directed toward the crops.
CONSTITUTION: In a shearing machine the frame 11 includes a pair of blade bases 12, 13. On the lower blade base 13, there is accumulated crops remaining after the shearing operation. The frame 11 also includes a plurality of injection nozzles 15 each having a predetermined injection angle with respect to the upper surface of the lower blade base 13 for injecting fluid toward the crop 14 accumulated thereon. Also the lower blade base 13 has a water inlet 16 opened in the upper surface thereof and injecting fluid toward the lower surface of the crop 14. With such a construction, the disposal of the crop 14 can be carried out at such a high speed as synchronizes with the line speed for a very short period of time. There can be obtained a relatively large space around the shearing machine. Where maintenance of the shear can be carried out freely.
