CONSTITUTION:The control voltage Vc by the potentiometer 1 and the difference output of the feed back voltage Vf by the differential amplifier 2 are input to a non inverted amplifier 15, 16 through an integrator 3. The half positive and negative cycle of the output voltage of the inverter 5 are taken out through a forward, backward direction rectifier diode 7, 17. In this circuit the positive and negative of the standard voltage Vref is judged by the comparative circuit 18, the relays 21, 22 are controlled according to the polarity through a transistor 20 to switch the polarity contacts 23, 24.
