Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the concentrated O2 in a good yield by a method wherein compressed air is introduced into a tower packed with a N2 adsorbing agent to adsorb N2 under pressure and other regenerating adsorbing tower is evacuated by the nagative pressure generated by introducing pressurized air into an ejector in a regeneration procedure of the adsorbing agent to carry out the regeneration of the adsorbing agent effectively.
