Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the time required for the work of vacuum suction, by discharging and collecting liquid, sucked toward the side of a vacuum tank at vacuum filling work of the liquid, at an optional time in the process without communicating the side of the vacuum tank to the atmospheric air.
CONSTITUTION: A vacuum tank 7 is inserted into a vacuum pipe line 6 between a vacuum pump 2 and a vacuum suction hole 5. A lower part 8 of said tank 7 is communicated to a liquid collecting tank 10 with a discharging check valve 12 by a conduction pipe line 9 having a selector valve SOL1. An upper part 14 of the collecting tank 10 is linked to a vacuum pipe line 3 by a vacuum pipe line 15 having a selector valve SOL2 while linked to a pressure air pipe line 18 by an air pipe line 16 having a selector valve SOL3. The interlocking operation is constituted in such a manner that when the selector valves SOL1, SOL2 are both opened the selector valve SOL3 is closed and when the selector valves SOL1, SOL2 are both closed the selector valve SOL3 is opened.
