Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the precision of measurement by providing an A/D transducer which transduces an analog absolute-value signal into a digital signal and an operating-controlling part which finds the minimum point of an imbalance curve based on the above digital signal.
CONSTITUTION: Signals from a measured substance 1 and a known substance 2 are compared with each other by a comparing-detecting part 4 and the difference vector absolute-value signal thereof is transduced into a digital signal by the A/D transducer 13 and inputted in a digital operating-controlling part 14. When an imbalance is judged to be present, a variable instruction is sent from a digital controlling part 16 to a bridge element variable part 5 through the intermediary of a driving part 17 such as a pulse motor. Accordingly, when the absolute-value imbalance curve of a bridge balance element is estimated and, at least, the minimum value is found in an intermediate signal out of three sampling signals, these signals are controlled so as to being them close to the minimum value determined as the minimum point, whereby the precision of measurement can be improved.
