Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable an original pressure contacting member to be opened and closed even manually by providing a means of making an arm freely movable in case when it is not making automatic opening and closing operation of the pressure- contacting member.
CONSTITUTION: A crank arm 23 is secured to the shaft end of the output shaft 22 of a motor 21, and is energized to rotate at predetermined timings by means of a cam 33 provided to the output shaft 22, a control switch 34 detecting the revolution of the cam 33 and a control circuit. The other end of this arm 23 is connected turnably to one of a crank link 25 by a dowel 24, and an oblong groove 25a is provided to the other end of the link 25. This oblong groove 25a is engaged with an arm drive shaft 11. The Arm drive shaft 11 is supported to an angle member 27 oscillating about the arm shaft 10 and this arm shaft 10 is pivoted to the body side plate by means of a bearing 29. Thereby, the need for maing change-over operation is eliminated and the pressure plate may be manually opened and closed.
