Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a diffraction loss and influence of manufacture variance by eliminating the cross width of electrode fingers that correspond to response of less than 6% in comparison with the maximum response of impulse response and by decentralizing the position in the length direction of electrode fingers. CONSTITUTION:Electrode fingers of not less than 6% in comparison with the maximum response of impulse response are shown by being encircles by dotted lines in the figure and between electrode fingers 10 and 11, 11 and 12, 12 and 13, 13 and 14, 14 and 15, and 15 and 16 that correspond to response of 6% in magnitude, opposite electrode fingers are provided at intervals without crossing mutually. Parts of zero-cross width between respective adjacent electrode fingers are shifted in position in the length direction of electrode fingers and decentralized along the line slanting at a certain angle to the propagation direction. Therefore, a decrease in excitation of small cross width is eliminated, and consequently a large diffraction loss caused by it disappears while an influence of manufacture variance can be suppressed when electrode fingers of small cross width are formed, so that desired frequency characteristics at the design can be made close to actually obtained frequency characteristics.
