Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the precision of the dimension of the thickness of lamination and to prevent the degradation of the characteristics of the motor by providing the indented convex parts for caulking at the locations which are not subjected to the effect of the magnetic fluxes of a main winding after the lamination of the core plates, temporarily fixing a core, thereafter welding the outer wall, and fixing the core. CONSTITUTION:A requied number of core plates through which holes 3 are perforated are laminated. Then, at the locations which are not subjected to the effect of the magnetic fluxes of the main winding, a pair of indented convex parts 6 for caulking are provided so that they oppose each other, and a core 1 is temporarily fixed. Thereafter, the welding 7 is performed on the outer wall at the approximately central part of the indented convex parts 6 for a caulking, thereby the core 1 is fixed. In this constitution, the precision of the dimension of the thickness of the lamination is enhanced. Since the indented convex parts are not deformed, the fall down can be prevented, and the characteristics of the motor is not degrated.
