Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of a rotating speed of a motor due to the variation in the voltage of an AC power source by controlling the drive of the motor by an output signal from a multivibrator varying the set time in response to the variation in the voltage of the power source. CONSTITUTION:Synchronized pulse signal is outputted at every half cycle of an AC power source 2 from a pulse generator 6 and is applied to the trigger input terminal In of a one shoot multivibrator 7. The multivibrator 7 is set by the time T responsive to the time constant of the volume resistor 8 and the capacitor 9 for setting the motor speed. After T time from the input of the trigger signal to the multivibrator 7, an H level signal is outputted from the multivibrator 7 at the terminal Q , and is applied to a triac 3, which is thus conducted, thereby allowing the motor 1 connected to the power source 2 to be energized. Since a signal voltage rectified by the rectifier 10 from the AC voltage of the power source 11 is applied to the resistor 8, the time T will vary in response to the variation in the voltage of the power source.
