Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate working error and prevent damage to a flexible conductor etc., by enabling a force, which is not weaker than a prescribed level, to easily remove the flexible conductor which is connected between the grounded part of a head and a work clamp to perform high speed working. CONSTITUTION:The flat plate portions 11a, 11b of a flexible conductor 10 are inserted into springs 12a, 12b fixed by bolts 13 or the like on an upper head 4 and a work clamp 3 so that the flexible conductor 10 is connected between the work clamp 3 and the grounded portion of the upper guide 4. When forces not weaker than the holding forces of the springs 12a, 12b are applied to the flexible conductor 10 in directions X, Y, the flat plate portions 11a, 11b are easily removed to prevent damage to the flexible conductor 10, the head 4, etc.
