Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a lining-up part-feeder with the stable driving of a motor even under frequent intermissions of operation by detecting the choking state by parts and releasing a clutch to stop rotations of unbalancing weights.
CONSTITUTION: A saucer-shaped bowl 10 with spiral conveying tracks is supported on a base plate 14 by a leaf spring 34 with a fixing plate 12 between. Under the fixing plate 12, two sets of vibration mechanisms constructed by combining a pair of unbalancing weights are fixed on a vibrator-fixing frame composed of lenghwise plates 38 and 40, and a crosswise plate 44, and respectively driven by electric motors M. Connecting parts between motors and vibration mechanisms are respectively provided with clutches 96a and 96b. When the choking by parts is detected by an overflow detection device provided on a chute 90, clutches are released to stop vibrations, but electric motors are continued to be rotated.
