Abstract

PURPOSE:To equalize and increase thicknesses of desired part on a hollow body by a method wherein a parison is blown in a set of dies which forms volume-variable hollow part by half dies and a movable die, and the parison in the hollow portions is crushed after removal of the movable die. CONSTITUTION:Hollow parts 8 are formed by half dies 2, 2 and a movable die 3 at desired part, a parison 5 is pinched in a cavity 4 and pressure fluid is blown in through a blow nozzle 9. Then, when the fluid is blown in, the movable die 3 is lifted, the volumes of the hollow parts 8 are decreased, while the parison 5' is filled in the hollow parts 8, further the parison 5' is crushed and swollen toward the center of the cavity 4. The thickness of the corner part of the hollow body can be equalized and moreover be increased positively.
