Abstract
PURPOSE: To securely prevent the contents from leaking out or much air from mixing into the contents by a method wherein hot metallic belts for welding the open edge of a synthetic resin bag is arranged along the running direction of a container on the upper part of the pinching portion of pinch belts.
CONSTITUTION: When the upper portion of a bag comes in between pulleys 13a, 14a it is supplied between belts 10, 11 as it is pinched by large diameter portions 13b, 14b of pulleys 13a, 14a. When the upper portion of the bag is pinched by pinch belts 10, 11, the lengthy part of the upper end of the bag to the upper portion thereof is attached to the bag and flattened through a crease and the bag moves to the side of heating belts 28, 29 after the air in the lengthy portion is pushed out outside. When the bag arrives at the hot heaters 32, 33 as its upper end is pinched, the upper end is welded and passes through coolers 36, 37. After good releasing property of the bag from the belts 28, 29 has been obtained, the bag is released from the pinched condition between the belts 28, 29, the belts 10, 11 and the synthetic resin bag with sealed contents is taken out of the container 6 at a suitable place while it runs.
