Abstract

PURPOSE: To save manufacturing cost of guide tubes and to obtain general purpose parts, by omitting wire guide tubes for guiding a curved part and a projected part of the wire for the wire type window regulator and arranging guide grooves instead of the omitted wire guide tubes.
CONSTITUTION: Each door inner panel 4 is embossed with guide grooves 17, 18 for receiving and guiding the curved part 9c and the projected part 9d of the flexible wire 9 for transmitting a driving force to lift or the lower the window glass and with through holes 19, 20, 21 communicating the wire between the inside and outside of the door panel. The wire 9 is inserted through guide tubes 22, 23 that are in turn inserted into the through holes 19, 20, respectively, to secure the guide tubes 22, 23, and an end 23d of the guide tube 23 is inserted into the through hole 21 to be secured there. A door trim 26 is attached to cover the open sides of the guide grooves 17, 18. Accordingly, guide tubes for the curved and projected parts can be omitted to make the weight of the regulator light and to make the parts to be used generally.
