Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a fixing-type heat-sensitive recording paper capable of improving the strength of the recording layer after recording, wherein a heat-sensitive and photo-sensitive layer comprising a diazosulfonate and a coupling agent and also comprising a photo-sensitive resin hardenable by ultraviolet rays as a binder is formed on a support. CONSTITUTION:A fixing-type heat-sensitive recording paper is prepared by forming a heat-sensitive and photo-sensitive layer on a support, said layer comprising (A) a diazosulfonate of the formula (where R1 is alkali metal; R2, R3, R5 and R6 are each H, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy; R4 is H, halogen, alkoxy, amino, benzoylamino, morpholino, trimercapto or pyrrolidino), (B) a coupling agent and (C) a photo- sensitive resin hardenable by ultraviolet rays. As examples of the constituents (A), (B) and (C), sodium 2-methoxy-benzenesulfonate, 4-benzoylresorcinol and polyvinyl cinnamate may be cited respectively.
