Further, in the funnel 9, ring shape 10 and concave 11, the cone 1, edge 2 and damper member 3 are supported with adhesives coated at required positions in advance and the upper metal mold 12 is inserted and pressed, allowing the cone 1, edge 2 and damper member 3 at the same time to be sticked.
