Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically restart the brushless motor which is in standstill because of excessive loads by a method wherein the frequency of pulse signals is gradually increased from a self start frequency or less to a frequency during a normal operation time by means of a rotation stop detection signal. CONSTITUTION:When starting signals are inputted, trigger signals are generated in a start/restart control circuit 5 which trigger a frequency variable oscillating circuit 4 to rotate a digital control type brushless motor 1. For example, in case of a need switch, when a sensor 6 is rotating, ON/OFF operations continue, as a result, if ON/OFF operations stop, it means that the rotation of the motor 1 stops. And further, the motor 1 is automatically restarted by a method wherein a rotation stop signal is sent from a detection circuit 7 to the start/restart control circuit 5, and the frequency variable oscillating circuit 4 is retriggered and then, the oscillating pulse CLK is made to return to a frequency equal to the self start frequency or less and thereafter, it is gradually being raised to the frequency during the normal operation time.
