An outer shell gear support mechanism 2 consists of a unit case 36, a unit holder 37, a bolt 38 with a hexagonal hole, and so on, and the periphery 39 of the unit case 36 is shaped to be noncircular. This periphery 39 is pressed radially toward the center by pressing mechanisms 27 each consisting of a tappet 30, a spring 31 fitted therein, a needle 33 pressed to the bottom 32 of the tappet 30, and so on.
