Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to select the feed direction of a transfer material freely while making an image absence part agree with a binding margin part, by making a transfer material mounting table rotatable by 90°.
CONSTITUTION: When cassette 1 in the longitudinal feed state is placed in the lateral feed state, and the switch of the motor driving circuit is changed over, solenoid 26 is excited interlocking with this changeover to make roll 7 and roller 17 free and next motor 23 operates to rotate table 19. As cassette 1 is rotates by 90°, a transfer material in the longitudinal feed state is automatically placed in the lateral feed state.
