Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the resistance change other than the objective even with trimming, by giving a resistance section which includes a part of ground side electrode of input and output terminals to a resistance pattern. CONSTITUTION:An initial resistance value RAC between A and C is coarsely adjusted through the trimming along a locus (a). Next, a resistance value RBC between B and C is coarsely adjusted by trimming along a locus (b), to adjust a resistance value RAB between A and B with trimming along a locus (c) to an objective value. Next, RAC is finely adjusted along a locus (d) and that for RBC is made along a locus (e). Since the trimming along loci (d) and (e) is made at projected resistance pattern, it can be made independently of other resistance values. A is an input terminal, B is an output terminal and C is a ground terminal.
