At the same time, a compensation is given to the delay between the input and the output of the coder 2 by the delay elements 7 and 8. Thus the circuit 4 detects the coincidence between the plus and the minus of both the input and output signals of the coder 2, and the alarm is transmitted when no coincidence is obtained.
