Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a liquid discharge apparatus such as an exhaust water treatment apparatus capable of discharging a liquid quantitatively at a low water pressure by using an inverted L-shapd pipe packed with capillary tube forming members to discharge a liquid in a discharge apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: An inverted L-shaped packed pipe 3 containing a packing agent (capillary tube forming members such as sands or activated carbons) in arranged in a disinfecting chamber 1 (a signal 8 shows a disinfecting cylinder) and a opening port 4a of the liquid discharge pipe 4 is arranged above a water level of a side trough 5. On the other hand, an outer tank 9 provided with a liquid transfer pipe 6 and a precipitation tank 7 is embedded under a ground 10 and water to be treated is overflowed into the disinfecting chambr 1 (a water level of a treated water 1 in the disinfecting chamber is set to a level lower than that of the side trough 5.) In above described apparatus, the water 11 to be treated flowed into the precipitation tank 7 through a the precipitation tank 7 through a liquid transfer pipe 6 is subjected to solid-liquid separation and the supernatant liquid is introduced into the disinfecting chamber 1 to be sterilized and, thereafter, raised in a packed pipe 3 by capillary phenomenon due to the packing agent 2 and discharged into the side trough 5 through the liquid discharge pipe 4.
