Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide magnetic anisotropy partly only at a rotor magnet by providing specific yokes facing radially with each other and including excitation coils in the cavities of molding dies corresponding to the rotor magnet of a plurality of molding dies. CONSTITUTION:There are formed upper stems of the rotors, rotor magnets, rotor pinions, and lower stems of the rotors with cavities 16a-16d corresponding in shape to them at dies 8-10 made of nonmagnetic metal. The yokes 17 having thickness generally corresponding to the magnet rotor and made of high dielectric metal material are so buried between the cavities 16b corresponding to the rotor magnets that the end faces 17a may approximately become the same circle, in the dies 8, and excitation coils 18 are wound on the respective yokes 17. Molten mixture of thermoplastic and ferromagnetic powder having high magnetic anosotropic constant is filled in the respective cavities 16a-16d, and the rotors are integrally injection molded in the state that the excitation coil 18 is electrically energized.
