Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the optimum adjustment of the spectral sensitivity on photometry without changing the element of an optical system and to enable the photometry of high precision by correcting the spectral sensitivity of a solid scanning element in accordance with the characteristic of distribution of the optimum spectral sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:An incident ray L is diffused by a diffusion plate 1 and later a photoflux in one direction is selected by slit plates 2 and 3 to be made to fall on a prism. Furthermore, it is separated for each wavelength through the intermediary of another prism 42 and is made to fall, as parallel rays, on the surface of CCD 5 perpendicularly. The output signal of CCD 5 in series is amplified 5 and later supplied to a variable amplifier 9, and according to the content of ROM 8 wherein the spectral sensitivity is selected properly in accordance with a spectral sensitivity shifting instruction SW, the correction of the spectral sensitivity of the output of CCD 5 is performed. Thus a signal having the flat spectral sensitivity distribution characteristic is supplied to an integrator 10 and the time integration is conducted for the entire spectrum, whereby the radiant energy of the aimed incident ray L is obtained.
