Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure the accurate halt at the desired position for the conveyer truck moving between the work transfer stages by securing the light reception for both the light receivers of the work transfer stage and the conveyer truck, thus ensuring the accurate work transfer to the desired work transfer stage.
CONSTITUTION: In case conveyer truck 16 is halted in front of desired work transfer stage 18 to carry out the work transfer, the command is given from the central control system. At the same time, the light is emitted from projector 22 of desired work transfer stage 18 (such as A). In that case, no light is emitted from projector 22 of other work transfer stage 18. Under these conditions, truck 16 moves. When truck 16 passes through the front of each stage 18, light receiver 21 of each stage 18 receives the light from truck 16 and then emits the light. But light receiver 20 of truck 16 receives no light in the front of the transfer stage excepting A and at the passing time, and thus receives the light at the stage of A. And the conveyer truck halts only when both receiver 21 of A and receiver 20 of truck 16 receive the light at a time. The transfer of the work is carried out to the transfer stage (A in this case) which opposes to receiver 20 of truck 16.
