At the same time, resistance 15 is connected between the middle point of elements 12 and 13 and gate g of thyristor 10. Photodetecting resistance variable element 16 connected in parallel to element 12 is combined optically to element 13, and the impedance varies in reverse proportion to the heat generation quantity. In such constitution, the control can be given to the driving current of thyristor 10.
