Abstract

PURPOSE:To attempt the improvement of mass productivity of a linear motor ground coil or the like by providing an orbital fitting means of an FRP plate fixing a coil itself by FRP binders wherein all of them are molded by resin concrete. CONSTITUTION:A coil itself 3 is placed on an FRP plate 8 and bound by FRP binders 10 and an orbital fitting means is also provided on the FRP plate 8. As the fitting means, bolts 13 hanging the plate 8 are provided at the plate 8 through washers 12. And all of them are molded by resing concrete REC 14 as one body. The electromagnetic force acting to the coil itself 3 is mitigated by the plate 8 inverting the binders 10 and the bolts 13 by such formation and a stress burden to the REC14 dwindles away into nothing to prevent the occurrence of cracks. Therefore, REC characteristics abounding in mass productivity will be utilized.
