Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve measurement precision by controlling an offset value setting part which sets an initial value according to the measurement range of a measuring instrument and an output part which outputs a measurement value and carrying out arithmetic operation.
CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of a body part 10, a measuring instrument 20 and a remote-controlled switch 30. The body part is made up of a detector 11 to detect signals from ameasuring instrument 20 and a remote-controlled switch 30, a LED display part 12 to dispaly an actual measurement value and the minimum value, an offset value setting part 13 to set an initial value according to the measurement range of ameasuring instrument 20, a printer 14 to output a measurement value, a puncher 15 and a control arithmetic operating part 16 to control these parts. The measuring instrument 20 consists of a throat measuring instrument 21, a pitch measuring instrument 24 and a nozzle height measuring instrument 27. These measurement outputs are inputted to the detector 11 as an electric signal. Before or after the setting of each measuring instrument, the remoto-controlled switch 30 is turned OFF, converting a change in the stroke of each measuring instrument to a pulse, which is, in turn, received by the detector 11, and is inputted to the control part 16 for display.
