Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the forecast data compression code between screens having high compression efficiency without error, by forecasting the value of video element for the location of picture corresponded to the picture being compressed and coded, and producing the Huffman code through the check of change in the sign of positive and negative to the forecast error obtained.
